Adductor complex

The rolling and stretching of the thigh closet (Adductors) is essential for the proper functioning of the hip joint. If it becomes too “strong”, it can cause a number of posture defects and consequent pain (first of all, it is responsible for the “fall” and rotation of the knee inwards).

It belongs to the *deep muscle chain of the front, so it is worth dealing with all the muscles of the chain, rolling, stretching.

Roll and stretch the thigh muscles on both sides.
