Quadratus lumborum

Rolling and stretching of the quadratus lumborum is essential for the proper functioning of the hip joint. If it becomes too “strong”, it can cause a number of posture defects and consequent pain (it is responsible for pelvic bone tilting).

It belongs to the *deep muscle chain of the front, so it is worth dealing with all the muscles of the chain, rolling, stretching.

Roll both quadratus lumborums on each side, stretch them.
