Hamstring
The rolling and stretching of the back of the thigh (hamstrings) is essential for the proper functioning of the hip joint. If it becomes too strong, it can cause a number of posture defects and consequent pain (most often it takes over the work of the gluteus maximus muscle).
By turning the foot in and out, we can relax the inner and outer head of the muscle (with the outwardly rotating foot the outer part, the inner part with an inward rotating foot.)
It belongs to the *back muscle chain, so it is worth dealing with all the muscles of the chain, rolling, stretching.
Roll the thigh-back muscles on both sides, stretch it.
