Anterior tibialis
Rolling and stretching the anterior tibialis is essential for the proper functioning of the ankle joint.
If it becomes too “strong”, it can cause a number of posture defects and consequent pain. (the most common cause of ankle sprains (dysbalans of other muscles must also be created for this)).
It belongs to the *anterior muscle chain, so it is worth dealing with all the muscles of the chain, rolling, stretching.
Roll both anterior tibialis on both sides, stretch.
