Neck muscles

The muscles of the neck, I mean the muscles of the head, the shoulder lift muscle, and the upper part of the trapezoid. It is important to talk about these muscles because, as a result of tilting the shoulder forwards, they often become “strong”, so we push our neck forwards. (we can think of sedentary work, a common cause of headaches). It is important to roll them and stretch them to avoid subsequent injuries and pains.

The presented image and video material can be done for everyone, but in case of any injury, a consultation/survey is recommended for individualized training.
