Latissimus dorsi

The rolling and stretching of latissimus dorsi is essential for the proper functioning of the hips, shoulders and elbow joints. If it becomes too strong, it can cause a number of posture defects and consequent pain. (pelvic bone back tilt, shoulder rotation)

It is part of the *functional muscle chain and the anterior superficial armchain, so it is worth dealing with, rolling and stretching all muscles of the chains.

Roll and stretch the latissimus dorsi on both sides.
