Pectoralis major, minor

The rolling and stretching of the pectoral muscle (pectoral minor, major) is essential for the proper functioning of the shoulder and elbow joints. If it becomes too strong, it can cause a number of posture defects and consequent pain.

It belongs to the *frontal surface armchain, so it is worth dealing with all the muscles of the chain, rolling, stretching (+front deep chain, rear surface and deep chain).

Roll both breast muscles, stretch them.
